Slowly Looking Up

And it starts with finding a good book -- it's a page turner with great reviews.  Then She Was Gone -- Lisa Jewell  Mystery/Suspense.  Just what I was in the mood to read.

My back is ever so slowly improving.  I still have a devil of a time sitting straight up (chair, car ride, etc) but I can move more normally when I'm upright.

Little PJ went to the vet and should be itch-free very soon.  Flea allergic reaction (he was covered in fleas at the shelter) which became a skin infection (makes him one smelly dog).  He'll be up for adoption by the end of the week.  He's a doll.

I'm determined to have a regular kind of day TOMORROW.  One more day of back rest and then see how I do actually doing things.  Enough is enough already.  Dang.

Today is the hour coaching call.  I'm curious what the hour will be about -- I haven't had the inclination to do much "personal growth" stuff since my back and don't actually have much to say.

Another quick post because it's hard to sit in a chair.  Typing while lying down is not a talent of mine.   Later gators.
