Here we go ...

Back in the thick of things.  Local schools are closed as a school employee tested positive.  Italy is in the thick of it and, for the first time, my friend living in Rome seems concerned.  Rain is non-stop for days (or eternity from the way it's shaping up).  I'm getting close to hibernating -- Netflix, books, sofa ... sounds safe.

I'm concerned about the wedding and all things related to it.  I don't see how the virus won't make its mark on some level.  Hopefully, mildly since there is some time and the weather is warming (perhaps ending the season for a few months).  Ugh.  Trying to see the light.

Anyway, a clutch I ordered from Etsy came.  Handmade, big enough and I like it.  I'm more the "pretty" things rather than the "fancy" things kind of gal.  This seems right.  The vintage clutch isn't fixable, I guess.  I never heard back from the vendor.  I LOVE vintage clutches.  I have 3 and I use them regularly.  I keep a paper inside to remind me of the decade ... I think it's fun to imagine its past.  It's hard to find vintage that doesn't look tired though.  New works for the wedding.

Quick update on Pete's Paleo delivery.  I love it.  It's not cheap ($15/meal), but the food is healthy, tasty, organic, etc.  It's been a godsend right now.  I have no plans to stop it for a couple of months -- saves me from extra grocery store runs and gives me portioned variety (The Green Dress is waiting patiently for me to get my act together).

Heading to lunch with my aunt and shopping for a girlfriend's birthday gift today.  Both should be fun and a needed distraction.  I'll package up my gift box for my BIL and sister and gift giving is closed for this week :)

I'll update on the woo woo book soon (E Squared).  It's a series of "experiments" so I want to get a couple started and report back.  It's fun and kind of exciting.  I love this kind of thing and I need a distraction from my worry brain.
