I woke up a minute before my alarm (because it's my natural wakeup time), but I would've gone right back to sleep. I'm not a fan of "spring forward." One hour makes an oddly big difference.
I'm on the fence about A Course in Miracles this morning. "Perry" came yesterday and, like last month, is heavy and crampy and headache-y. Losing an hour of sleep, hubby heading to the airport ... makes me want to stay in bed. Or, at least, not rush to workout, shower and dress in church clothes. That said, it was a fantastic group last week and I would welcome another boost. Guess I'll see how the morning moves. (Leaning toward not going ... I don't feel well and don't think I'll feel better until tomorrow.)
UPDATE: I decided to go -- worth moving a bit faster this morning to not be disappointed in my decision later. The heating pad, sofa, Netflix and my book are available the rest of the day :)
I finished Life's Golden Ticket (Brendon Burchard). It was sappy sweet and I loved it. Personal growth in story form. Quick read and had good messages. It was clever too. If you need a pick-me-up or a kick-in-the butt -- it's your book.
The sun felt good yesterday and it was nice to run errands without flooded roads. Timing with "Perry" wasn't the best to enjoy outside though. (BTW, Perry for peri-menopause. I plan to overuse this now and forever, if you haven't noticed!)
Short and sweet this morning -- guess my brain is still asleep. Happy Sunday. Later gators.
