Yesterday was brought to me by a little intention ... do some stuff that makes you happy.
First a long walk with Duke around North Asheville. Stayed clear of the mountain walk because it was trash day and I had Duke with me (aka BEARS!!). Intention was to pay attention. I didn't get a lot of pictures because of Duke and so many passing dogs, but it was a very fun walk.
After the coaching call (about processing change), I explored a huge antique market -- almost like a junk market. Very fun. I got a few things that stayed in the car so no pictures. A little basket for picking veggies and 2 containers for rock painting supplies. Still nothing for the bedroom walls -- this is proving a challenge.
Dinner was delicious. I see why it's so hard to get in. Mexican/California inspired -- GF available for most and a full alcohol-free drink menu if you wanted (I stuck with iced tea, but nice to know).
Best ceviche I've ever ordered |

We both got seafood. The salad was from a local garden. |
Ended the evening with the movie, Dungeons & Dragons. So good, but I sagged out halfway. I'll finish it today.
Today is another intentional day. Peloton, another walk and after lunch, downtown for the teahouse and museum. Second (and final) early birthday celebration dinner tonight for hubby -- checking out another local place.
Have a great day. Later gators.
