I don't have my picture game on point today, but so many good wedding things arrived yesterday. Pictures soon. Looks like I'm styled and ready for the wedding weekend festivities. Now, hair practice in about a week (need my keratin to relax a little first). What a relief :)
Little Blue is all set for transfer to our rescue and to a foster home. Another HUGE relief (!!)
I bought cuticle cream from Olive and June because my cuticles are dry no matter what lotion I use -- one day later, they already are less cracked. Need the right tools for the job. My nails look pretty decent considering I do them myself.
That begs the question -- what will I return to doing once the pandemic is over?
It's interesting to think about. I don't want my days on autopilot going from spending to spending to spending. I want to keep a creative outlook for doing different things, spending time outside, new hobbies, important friendships.
That time is coming. Slowly, but it's coming. I think those of us who have stayed isolated in the pandemic are getting more stir-crazy the closer the relief gets -- it's exciting and it's frustrating.
