Christmas Decorating

We are almost finished decorating for Christmas.  I'm not sure why I dislike decorating in recent years.  One of our two trees bit the dust (too many light strands out and branch issues).  It's headed curbside for trash day this week.  Pictures when I'm finished.

This leaves our oldest tree (who also needs some help on the light front), but it's a pretty tree -- only issue is it's relatively short.  We're trying it this year and will probably keep it until it's last dying branch.  New, nice, fake trees are a fortune.  I'll decorate it today.  I have new garland and a topper coming from Etsy, but not sure if either will be in time for this year.

I ordered perfume and it came yesterday.  Versace Versense.  I LOVE it.  I currently wear Light Blue and it's almost empty.  I searched for perfume scents similar and this was on every list.  Normally, I go to the perfume store at the MART and sniff away -- not a good idea during this pandemic and mask wearing though, so I had to order scent un-smelled.  I like to switch up every few bottles.  Probably Light Blue is my preference, but I like having another option.  Versense is a little more floral and a little more sweet -- not too much on either though.

My left quad is bothering me after my run yesterday.  Not sure why -- not an injury (yet), but sore in a not-good way.  Today is a Peloton ride and I'll need to take a break if it bothers me.  I don't want a muscle pull.  I'm actually debating switching to an arm workout, period.  Last time something was bugging me, one day off fixed the issue before it became an injury.  I'll see how it feels as I move around this morning.

Grocery store run early today too.  Surprisingly, Sunday mornings are pretty lite going for the stores.  Fixing some football fare for hubby and the youngest.  My eldest and DIL are still in quarantine after their flight home from Thanksgiving.

Blue is adopted and happy (so far, so good).  I miss the little fellow, but it's been so calm without him LOL.
