A couple of fun fitness milestones this week.
#1000 Peloton ride on Friday which put total workout count at 1111. Round number and lucky numbers. Nice surprise.
Then a 9 mile hike this morning. That tops my hike range since the back injury. Slowly building back. It was a beautiful day and a pretty hike. I only got a couple of pictures though.

Trying to remember to celebrate the wins and notice progress.
I'm still not sleeping well. Waking for a couple of hours during the night and then falling back to sleep around 3 o'clock. Tomorrow morning I can sleep as long as I need and I'm very excited. Add the time difference and I'm hoping for a very rested wakeup.
