One day of taking it easier (no walk) with the increased PT stretches and "exercises" and last night was WAY better. Maybe even the best since this began.
Do less for more gain?? Maybe he's right. I'll do the PT stuff daily and shorten a walk to 30 minutes. I'll give it two weeks to see what happens. I like having a plan.
Finished the two-day rock yesterday and it was a pain. The paint pens ran on the base paint so the lines are extra muddled. Still ... fun thing to "plant" in the woods once I can hike again. I'm not sure what I'm trying today. Also, YELLOW POLLON season for a few more weeks -- it's only just begun. I have it outside with the RV planter.
My one and only Easter decoration and I didn't want to fill it with candy this year. It's on my desk filled with rocks for painting. I usually forget to take it out until days before Easter. Looks a little like undecorated Easter eggs.
Running errands this afternoon to pick up the ham and such. Kids asked if they could make dessert so the hunt for apple cider off season was for nothing -- ugh. Wish they said something HOURS before when I was shopping. Oh well. I don't want to steal their thunder hosting so of course I said "that's great." And it is great, just unfortunate timing.
I'm looking forward to a good day today. All little things, but I'm building a new routine to keep me going until I'm healed. Next week has a bunch of little things and I'm looking forward to it too -- and hopeful I feel good doing it. Later gators.
