Still Prickly

I'm SLOWLY improving.

Sore throat is GONE -- woo hoo!!  Back to fizzy waters.

Neck and back are still problematic.  I thought I was okay on the back front and I over did it this morning with the dogs and I'm having spasms again.  I can't decide if an easy workout would help or hurt.  I want to workout so much that I might explode.

Fireworks on the 4th turned out to be GUN SHOTS from a county neighbor.  A stray bullet hit our next door neighbor's house while they were sitting outside.  The police are handling the issue.  Thankful no one was hurt.  It was the real deal.  Lord.  They have a bullet hole in their house.  I thought is was a series of firecrackers.  Apparently, I can't tell the difference.  Country living.

Today is the LAST day we are going into our old house.  We're set to close on Monday (fingers crossed, knock wood).  Doing a final clean-up tour of toilets and such.  Taking out our last things out (step ladder, cleaning supplies, flag).  Sad, but happy (guess that's called bittersweet).  No matter how much I'm glad we moved and happy with our new home, I still crave what used to be -- change gets me every time.

When I had a black-cloud couple of weeks awhile back, I decided I would PLAN to feel better by a certain day.  I know I have no certain control over it, but it made me feel better -- I don't have to be upset about feeling yucky today, because it's not THAT day yet.  I'm declaring TUESDAY my better day.  It worked well last time.  Trying again because I have no other ideas.

That's the update.  Plugging along -- later gators.
