Social Day

I had a nice day yesterday.  

No resolve on home inspection yet, but it's moving forward.

Lunch with my friend was better than expected.  Sometimes she gets on a negative loop, but yesterday was a nice 2 hour lunch conversation -- we really lingered.

When I returned my library book, I stopped to walk the Poetry Garden up on a hill on the library grounds. The gardens are maintained by the Master Garden group.  Poetry all around and lots of painted rocks.  I'm going to make a few for the garden.  Nice ambling trees and rocks to sit on -- bet it's pretty in the growing season.

My social card is FULL today.  Lunch AND dinner out.  Lunch with my aunt -- always fun.  Dinner with hubby and another couple.  I hiked with her last week but she wanted to do something to include the husbands too.  I haven't had a 2-thing social day in a long time.

My back is still off, but improving.  I can sleep fine now and that's a big win.

Still no hikes -- nothing matching my schedule and/or availability to register.  If you don't register as soon as it opens, you don't get a spot.  I'm missing a registration time tonight for a hike next week -- bummer.  Something will match soon.  Probably best with my back anyway.
