I got to sleep in this morning - thanks hubby for handling the littles.
Espresso, tea with collagen, Releash applications and a quick lift workout before I take Duke to his first tennis match. I like an easy, peaceful morning.
Out with good friends tonight for Korean BBQ. Such a fun dinner.
I'm feeling wonky from 2 nights ago. I think it's some mild food poisoning. Eat followed by
It's helping to have a list of stuff I want to do - forcing me to walk the walk.
Today I did most of my list before I made it official LOL.
Plan something fun (5k race in April with Duke - Race for Rescue).
Lift workout.
Do something fun (taking Duke to tennis and dinner with friends).
Do self care ... probably a much needed pedicure this afternoon.
I think part of feeling OFF is that I've been hibernating. Chicken and the egg problem. I feel off so I hibernate. Hibernating makes me feel off. Vicious circle. I'm working at interrupting it.
On that note, time to get to tennis before the rain comes! BE SOCIAL!! GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!!! Have a great weekend - later gators.
