The Good Fight

Bivalent booster in the books.  Sore arm and a headache last night -- neither any big deal.  I'm grateful that science is showing up to help in this pandemic since people are falling so very short.

I found a new-old series on Apple TV yesterday.  I think it's leaving soon though -- maybe another streaming picking it up.  Started in 2017 and has 6 seasons.  The Good Fight.  It's a spinoff from The Good Wife.  I really like it so far -- great actors.  Maybe after a bunch of episodes it'll get old, but I bet the first couple of season are good.  Woo hoo (!!)  I will try to pace myself because BOOK BACKUP is real, but it's set to rain all day today.  You know what that means!  BTW, the Louse Penny book is good so far.  That book of blessings -- not so much for me and apparently not for the person who was gifted it in 2017.  There's an inscription message and it's clear the book hasn't been read lol.

Park jog/walk went well as far as my back goes.  My legs are a different story.  I'm still building back endurance and it felt HARD after 2 days of Peloton.  My pace was slower than normal and that last mile of jogging had a lot of walking breaks.  It's took me 1-1/2 miles to get the mile of jogging finished.  But I'll take it -- it feels so good to be moving forward again.

Tuesday looks like a perfect day to do the bees, but I'm still not sure about my monthly.  I thought if I got it this weekend, I'd be okay for Tuesday.  Looks like this isn't the week to do this.  It's going to be so fantastic when I don't have to "plan" around my monthly anymore.  I used to be so regular and predictable that planning wasn't a big deal -- now it's a shit show.  Thankfully, this wasn't the norm all these years.  I know I was lucky.

Kind of short and sweet this morning.  I'm not doing anything but routine today.  Workout is yoga/arms and a little bike.  Have a good Saturday -- later gators.
