So Many Books ...

... maybe too many books?!?!  It's going to be awhile longer before I let myself subscribe to Hulu (!!)

The bulk of the packages that came in the mail while I was in Asheville were books.  I've been reading steadily but I ended up getting sucked into MORE.  Here's the scoop.

This is a new book from one of the participants on the Friendship Panel I listened to last month -- I pre-ordered it.  BTW, the other panelist's book, "Plays Well With Others" wasn't good.  Boring research.  The kind of book where the author wants you to know how much they researched.  I have higher hopes for this one.

Last month's JH bookclub pick was from Shauna Niequist and she had a chapter that included "things she would always recommend."  This series and the book of blessings is from that list.  I'm starting a Louise Penny today.  ("The Paris Wife" was good -- finished it yesterday.)

Starting the 1st today.

These came from peeps on IG -- what they're reading and loved.  I'm especially excited about the Lisa Jewel book.

Everything was used except the pre-order new release.  I like using this option.  Little Free Library is forever on my list to set up.  It's not forgotten ... but it's a procrastination project like no other.

In totally other news ...

(1)  I tried on the dress options for the wedding next week.  One works okay enough.  Pictures when I try it on again.  The other is going back since it's very pricey.  It's pretty, but looked like a sofa fabric on me.  I need to find a necklace -- this outfit will never end!

(2)  Getting the bi-valent booster today.  Woo hoo.

(3)  Temp STILL down and stats were great last night, but no monthly.  Is this a skip month??

(4)  Peloton 2 days in a row and I feel great.  Heading to the park for a jog/walk this morning.

(5)  I'm calming down again.  Is it because I'm back in my routine environment or is it because my hormones are settling?  Who knows, but I'll take it.  But, please no monthly for my trip next week.

(6)  I haven't rescheduled the bee tour yet.  My plan was this Tuesday which works especially well since hubby is in town.  I'm waiting to see about my monthly though.  It's a long drive and no bathrooms available at the farm.  I won't be able to go that long if it's a heavy day.  I'm ready to be finished with this.
